Site Directors
Responsibilities include: Operating all aspects of program including planning activities, games, arts and crafts, snack/breakfast; helping with homework; behavior management; managing a budget; supervising 1 or more assistants; and maintaining positive relationships with parents and school personnel.
Requirements: At least 20 years of age; interact well with children ages 5-15; work independently to run program and supervise assistants; have strong sense of community; and exhibit core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Must have ONE of the following: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in elementary or early childhood education or recreation; 1000 hours of child care experience plus 12 credits in education, early childhood education, human growth and development, or recreation or are a certified recreation director; 2000 hours of child care experience plus enrollment in above course work; or current certification as an educator by the NH Department of Education.

Group Leaders

Supervising children and assistants in absence of Site Director.
Program Assistants
Responsibilities include: Assisting the Site Director with all aspects of program including leading activities, games and arts and crafts; helping with homework and snack/breakfast; behavior management; and maintaining positive relationships with parents and school personnel.
Requirements: Be at least 16 years of age; have, or be working toward, a high school diploma or equivalent; interact well with children ages 5-15; work independently under supervision of director; have strong sense of community; and exhibit core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
