Renting Camp Gundalow 

 
Camp Gundalow is a great location to host an event anytime of year. Whether you're looking for a place to take your Girls Scout Troop, have your child's birthday party, or hold your winter retreat, we may be what you are looking for. If you are considering holding your event here, the best way to decide and make plans, is to come and see it for yourself. Call ahead to the Program Director and set up a time to come and visit.
 
Rental Fees are based on the size of your group. Rates include use of the main floor of our four season lodge (including full kitchen and bathrooms), poolside pavilion, propane grill, playground and sports fields, picnic tables and dumpster. Additional activities can be added for additional fees: swimming pool, boating on the river, an Archery or Low Ropes program, winter snowshoe program, picnic tables and dumpster.
 
When you make your reservation you will be asked to determine which parts of Camp you would like to have access to during your rental and if you would like to include any of the additional activiites. If you do not have an exclusive rental and there is another group in Camp as well, we will work out a schedule so both groups are able to utilize the different parts of Camp while not getting in each others' way.

Alcohol Policy

As per Seacoast Family YMCA policy, alcohol is not permitted at Camp Gundalow. 
 

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required when the contract is returned to YMCA Camp Gundalow. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the date of the event. No program is guaranteed until both the contract and deposit have been received by YMCA Camp Gundalow. Deposits are not returned for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event. YMCA Camp Gundalow has a rain or shine policy for all programs. 
 

Insurance

All groups shall provide YMCA Camp Gundalow with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing general liability coverage in an amount not less than $1 million and shall name YMCA Camp Gundalow as additionally insured.
